No Detailed Feedback Available Mr. Anthony P. Villaire. Look and judge for yourself. This man has history of scamming on ebay. He had issue with 1st dog biting him, that dog has never been seen again. This man has fabricated story after story, even fabricating emails from me to forward to UShip. Ask for his credentials, and check them out... He has outstanding warrants. I'm happy for him finally letting go of the 2nd dog, but it doesn't forgive him for international laws broken. Paypal does not work, DO NOT WESTERN UNION!!!!

This person is completely deranged!! She never gave contact info for the receiver, she has spread lies and confusion to all parties, and even slandered us by attaching us to an unknown party. Our feedback shows our record of perfection and our clients pay via PayPal all the time; Carol suggested Western Union, not us. Carol Gatrell will be facing civil action for libel/slander, shipment abandonment, and is responsible for nearly $800 in additional expenses. Avoid this nut at all costs!!!

They took the extra time to spray out my dog trailer (which was purchased dirty). They also put tape of their plate to protect the paint on the trailer. You can tell that they care. I am a very demanding customer and they met my needs. They were always available to contact via text, phone or e-mail. Nice people and I wish them well.

These people were very nice to deal with and kept in good contact with us during the entire shipping episode. Our only criticism would be that we were required to give them 2/3 of the bid as a deposit before the item was picked up. Also, due to breakdowns in their equipment, we were required to wire them the rest of the fee before we got our shipment. However, the shipment was completed, and they gave us a very detailed inspection of the vehicle when it was delivered.

Angela & John were unaware, as 1st time RV owners, that RVs tend to use quite a bit of fuel (especially, when the RV they bought had a fuel tank leak). We originally asked for 50% of the bid upon booking, with the balance due at pickup; this was to cover the fuel costs of the trip. We met them, in person, in Mobile, AL, before picking up the RV in TX, and they volunteered $400 deposit. After pickup, we needed to perform repairs and required the balance. Good people, but a bit naive as RV owners.

COMPLETE FIASCO! Booking agent dropped the ball and refused to give us receiver info after we were forced to return 1 of 2 dogs as unfit for travel. Per Uship (Jami) advice & local authority advice, we boarded the dog, at our expense, at the nearest vet hospital near the booking party. Vet Hospital called agent to make pickup arrangements. The shipper in LA & the booking agent have posted lies and untruths via the internet about our service and will face legal action for libel/slander.BEWARE!

Mo began his journey in LA as an add-on passenger to CA. Our other shipment was delayed in TX and Mo spent a total of 15 days with us. No Detailed Feedback Available Service Provider cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward Shipper has been harassing me all day. Threatening police etc, based on his libelous accusations. he called me and insisted on IMMEDIATE cash payment, expected me to go to wallmart and send him money. When I told him I was not at home or office, as I was in Boston ready to walk into a Conference where I am the keynote speaker he accused me of being a scammer. Then I suggested we cancel the deal. That's when the harassing calls started. Beware

This shipment is a scam! After contacting "Gordon", we learned that he was unwilling to pay for shipping in the manner placed in our bid; he wanted to pay AFTER the item arrived in Liberia. The phone number he posted with Uship is, in fact, forwarded to a know scam number in Africa "Gordon", & his "Organization" are listed with the San Antonio Police Dept as "African Based Fraud Organization"; in fact, we learned "Gordon" currently has 9 active arrest warrants in TX alone. Avoid this scam!

The client, William Brown, accepted our bid, but did not read the requirement that his dog have a kennel for transport. After talking to him directly, he apologized and said he had no means to obtain one or reimburse us for one. Additionally, he was aware of the requirement to prepay the shipping, but refused during our phone conversation. Ruby's attempts to resolve all misunderstandings that occurr when a client has not read the terms of our bid, but was not able to do so with this client.

No Detailed Feedback Available The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider cancelled Tony and Marie were very agreeable to make arrangements with but we could not agree on a payment method.

Gillie should be avoided at all costs!! He had no acceptable means of payment, even though we had agreed via phone 3 days prior to pickup. He had us drive 1,000mi to "inspect" his boat trailer for him and then he "feels uncomfortable with payment amount and will pick up at a later date". This client has cost us a lot of time/money for, what we thought, was a homeward bound trip. Gillie thinks Uship is a game. Legal action pending.
