I am primarily an Antiques Dealer. We have been in business in Western Mass. For over 25 years. With that comes a lot of practical experience. I have several lager service contracts throughout the US and I commonly have freight that I can not send in traditional methods. I arranged to pay by Pay Pal. Paid deposit with agreement to pay balance on delivery. Instead they extracted the e full payment out of the customer. I called twice with no response. If you check our profile we do not ever accept paypal...if he made arrangemnets about paypal he made it with the buyer. She told the delivery team that she paid for shipping through paypal to Ross and I might add she paid him $50.00 more than what he was to pay us. He told us that the buyer would be paying us.
