I am a one-man, one-truck ICC Carrier & have been in business since 1991 without a single cargo damage claim.
My truck is a 22' rollback with winch which allows me to ground load & to ground unload all types of vehicles & equipment whether they run or not; the brakes simple have to be released & the wheels must turn.
I have both a cell phone & laptop with me at all times, so that communication is never a problem.
