Jesse is a nice young man. At the time of this shipment, he seems to be getting started. He did my shipment for the best price and communicated well on pickup.
I think his growing edge is in better communication. He/truck had issues and wasn't able to deliver when he thought he would have. Had this been a time sensitive shipment, things may have gotten hairy.
After all was said and done, he worked with my consignee and was able to do what I needed him to do.
I would use Jesse again.

Carrier was supposed to pickup item March 1st but did not. Contacted him on 2nd and he said he had mechanical problems with truck and lost a loading ramp so will no longer be able to pickup forklift.
