Rob dealt well with the difficult, emotional situation. But, we would have preferred to know the kitty wouldn't be traveling directly to her destination. We would have then postponed it.

This was a serious communication breakdown due to FOUR parties involved. I wish I had cancelled, but promised to deliver-and I did. All people involved were pleasant to deal with however, and I have no hard feelings for the hassle. Due to the scheduliing conflict at the onset, this actually COST me money to complete.

I appreciated very much their flexibility on transporting the bike. I was fixing my brothers R6 and sending it to him but ran into some more broken stuff and had to order more parts. Rob stuck to the original price even though i was 2 weeks late and delivered the bike promptly . I had no problems and would recommend Rob and his wife in a heart beat to enyone with transportation needs.

Rob did everything and more than what was agreed to in our contract. He went out of his way to communicate through every step of the process. I would use Rob again in the future and would strongly recommend him to any of my friends.

Gordon and his family are GREAT people and were very concerned about their new baby; and for good reason. MB Boats produces some of the finest boats I have ever seen. This boat retailed for close to $70k!!!! I had no idea why until the cover was pulled, and the story revealed. Great people,AWESOME boat,and perfect transaction! Thanks Gordon!!!

This was a great haul. Rob was super-easy and pleasant to deal with , he did a great job hauling my bike and delivering in excellent condition. Rob stayed in constant communication. Given the chance, I would definitely use him again. Shipper and receiver were also very impressed by Rob's professionalism and approachable nature. Great job Rob !!
