Wilderness Transport offers transportation of 1-6 six horses in our 6 horse custom built for drafts. Our drivers stop every two to three hours to check on your animals, supplying fresh hay and water, with brief unloads from the trailers. Wilderness Transport takes the most direct route for the health and safety of your animals and the drivers that pick up will be the drivers delivering your animals. Your animals deserve to receive the same care during transport as they would from you at home and this is what we do. We have been horse owners for 20 years and have run a boarding stable for the last few years, addding the horse transportation a few years back. Words cannot express the satisfaction I am with Riovista!! AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!! Great communication, pricing was good, my horses were in perfect condition after that long haul, the arrived on time dropped off on time. I will recommend them to anybody and everybody I know and will definately use them in the future if needed. My gelding hopped off the trailer happy and healthy! Went right into his stall and pooped and then moved on to his hay. It was a VERY long trip so I really appreciate that he got here safe, sane, and happy! Thanks for the good job all! And thanks for humoring my numerous phone calls asking for details!

Overall experience was good. Shipping was delayed once due to weather, which I was informed about. Shipping was delayed again due to an "emergency pick up", but I was not informed. That created some inconvenience for me, but the shipper did give me a discount after that. The horse arrived happy and healthy. Thank you!

No Detailed Feedback Available Service Provider cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward Provider was very deceptive as to ETA, was uncommunicative. Refused to communicate ETA when asked directly about ETA. Not professional. I waited patiently additional day when told of difficulties. The worst part is a lack of professional communication skills. I had to drive three hours and they kept delaying and never showed up. I waited 4 1/2 hours. They wouldn't call. I had to call. VEry rude and unprofessional. very bad experience. would not recommend them to anyone.

We contacted you on Friday evening with a projected ETA, with an agreed upon email to be sent on Saturday morning, which was sent at 7:00 AM. You failed to check your emails so you were not aware of the communication. You stated several times that you had no cell phone reception making communication extremely difficult. During the last telephone conversation when you started yelling we felt it best to cancel the bid and allow you to contract with someone else who could abid by your rules.

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I had a written contract with this provider that my horse would by picked up from GA and dropped off in NC on Wednesday, June 3rd, 2009. I began to email and phone this person on June 2nd and continued to do so until today, Friday, June 5th, 2009. No response to emails or phone calls. The horse that I booked this provider to ship is scheduled to get on a trailer to Oregon with the rest of my herd within the next few days. No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date and time Service provider did not pick up horse between 5/14/09 and 5/16/09 as agreed apparently due to trailer breakdown. I phoned to ask for definite confirmation of pickup and left a message but have gotten no response in 48 hours meantime I am being charged board fees until the horse is moved.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The hauler that was booked kept putting me off saying the truck to haul my horse was in the shop. After being put off for 5 days I made other arrangements to haul my horse. I am very disappointed with the shipper that I booked with and would like a refund of my deposit as soon as possible!
