My name is Richard Lathrop I am 45 years old. I live in Danville, VA which is a stone throw away from the North Carolina boarder. I am a professional truck driver by trade and I have been driving since 1983. I have held a commercial drivers license since 1988. My commercial drivers license is clean, and I have over 2 million miles accidents/tickets free. I am honest, trust worthy, and dependable. I will always treat your vehicle or property as if it were my own. (With kid gloves). While I am new to this site, I have done multiple vehicle transfers, both long and short distances, for many years.

Richard was very good to work with. He listened well and communicated well. He was on time and had a few mechanical issues along the way looked after and I reimbursed him on delivery. These issues were not his fault and he never complained about them. I never felt I needed to babysit the shipment. Final price was as quoted and I was very satisfied.

Richard is a good guy and got the job done.... but, is on a shoestring budget. Had to spend my time and $$ to go to his location on the road and give him gas money short of the delivery so he could finish the job. That's very unprofessional Richard! You better ad that to your contract!!!! Needs to work on communication and not be so short tempered. Needs to work on the people skills. AND DO NOT ASK FOR CREDIT CARD #S OVER THE PHONE... This is a red flag. Overall, Richard is ok to ship

No David, if I remember correctly I had to meet with your friend because you were in LA. As for meeting me with gas money, if you had paid the full deposit as stated in my payment request I wouldn't have had to ask. Taking credit cards over the phone is a norm now. Have you every ordered food for take-out, or ordered something over the internet? I guess not! In addition, being able to take credit cards over the phone for deposit, is a benefit for shippers like yourself. P.S Finish the Cessna.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I forgot about a prior engagement that I had scheduled during the time frame, and I'm unable to change. Shipper seemed very understanding when I spoke with him on the phone. I am truly sorry and wish shipper all the best.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Arrived at pickup location.Customer had 3rd party on site that did not deal directly with me but listened only to loaders. Customers load was larger than originally listed. I said I would obtain an enclosed trailer to accomodate the additional items, but the 3rd party cancelled the deal. Was not able to speak directly to the customer at arrival time as customer was on a flight and I did not have a direct phone number for the customer,he changed his number and would only call with number blocked.

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider The absolute worst trainwreck ever. Changed the pick up date many times, poor communication, asked for money at the pickup so he could buy gas, came with a truck too small for the job, loaders would not load. We cancelled the deal and lost $750. STAY AWAY!!
