The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment the service provider requested me to cancel due to not being able to pay the deposit amount $200 through credit card. i was not sure why the payment failed to complete! and i'm living in yemen thus using credit cards from our yemen bank. also because im in yemen sincerely things were proceeding very slowly. hope next time we get to go with such service provider smoothly. thanks

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider service provider never mention that he was a broker and want my credit card upfront over the phone, never response via email. he also said he will not guarantee if this car able to pick up.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment We booked our Bronco for shipment on the 6th of December. We have made several attempts with our service provider to no avail. Due to the lack of performance we choose to use a separate carrier. The Bronco is already in route to us. We are requesting a full refund of 189.07 in the form of our original payment.(paypal)

Carrier's Rep was extremely helpful and polite.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment After waiting 3 weeks this broker is still not able to pick up the vehicle. He has set up for two different people to pick up the car and neither has done so. He called me today to tell me he was putting it back to dispatch again to see if anyone else would pick up. He told me it could be another 6 - 8 days. I am tired of waiting and would like a refund to relist this on U-Ship.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Would like an amiable cancellation with Red Carpet. Tamara at Red Carpet was very responsive and communicative, but I waited one month and no carrier could be found to transport my car. Tamara said few transports are going from Missouri to southern Oregon at this time of year, and this could well be the biggest factor in Red Carpet not being able to book a carrier.

I have re-created this shipment in an attempt to get it moving. Applying the credit of the fees ($158) will allow me to use this credit to pay the new fees we are about to incur when I select a new provider. Thank you.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment After accepting the bid, I was told that the car would be picked up within 7 days. It's been over a month, and the car has not been picked up. I understand that they can only work with whatever routes their trucks are driving, but I need to have the car shipped out as soon as possible. Therefore, I would like to re-explore my options and perhaps find a company that may deal with this route more frequently.
