The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
Deposit was paid and service was not performed. Transport hauler called and said that he could not get the load after we had accepted his bid. We are making other arrangements to get the shipment handled. Hopefully we will be able to recover our deposit.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
RedNeckTransport(-2)failed to provide a shiping bill before the scheduled pickup date. Addt. RNT didn't provide me a reference and other documents. Also RNT attempted to change the pickup time without my knowing. RNT was hot to get a deposit and coummunincated until the deposit was sent but no further written communication was sent by RNT until the night before the pickup date. I stopped RNT from picking up my load. This service provider can not be trusted. RNT still has my $497.10 deposit

After several contacts the service provider did not pick up my shipment. I shold not have paid half of the shiping costs up front. This may well be a scamm.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
Sp. said he was ready 4 day ago, accepted bid and he wants money theu western union, also no show last 2 days, no answer to calls.... please cancel match.

DON'T USE THIS GUY! SAID COULD PICK UP PALLETS DAY I NEEDED HIM TO. MAKES UP STORY ABOUT THE WAREHOUSE GIVING HIM A PROBLEM WITH PAPERWORK. I TALKED TO WAREHOUSE. HE DID NOT GO THERE. HIS DAUGHTER TALKED TO THEM AND THEY SAID THEY NEEDED A BOL. THAT'S IT. HE TOLD THE WAREHOUSE HE WAS RUNNING LATE, TOLD ME IT WAS THEIR FAULT AND NEVER SHOWED. CALLED HIM ALL DAY THE NEXT DAY. NO RESPONSE. REQUIRED HALF DEPOSIT UP FRONT AND NOW IS NOT RESPONDING TO EMAILS FROM ME OR PAYPAL. STILL HAS MY $150
