I am unable to reach this customer after a reasonable time period.
I accepted the shippers job as a "Book it Now" deal. The time frame listed on the ad was "flexible."
After selecting the "Book it Now" option, I tried 9 times to contact the shipper before the time I had available to do the tranport of the dog.
I left:
2 voicemails
2 text messages
2 emails
2 calls with no messages left
1 call left message with daughter to give to shipper (mom)
I received NO RESPONSE on any of the efforts that I made to communicate. The only communication I rece
