I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period A lot of communication issues. No pickup arranged after 3 weeks past arranged date. I can never get a hold of shipper to understand when they think they can pickup or find out what is going on with my shipment pickup. Again, mainly because of no communication beyond: please leave your deposit.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shiper told me they would pickup on wednesday or thursday july 18 or 19. I called several times and reached someone a couple time who told me they would call me back to give me the details one when the shipment would be shiped and did not. The place the shipment was being picked up at needed it out by thursday night and it was still there friday morning. Response from RapidHauler: We have been in and out of Florida several times over the past 3 to 4 weeks and have moved several boats and jet ski's this is a customer from Canada that just has NO patiences.. Booked transport and wanted it NOW instead of waiting his turn we spoke to him several times we kept him updated as best we could on time frames nothing seemed to make a difference it's a now and right now customer.. Hope you get your transport in your time frame... Thanks T

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This item was booked May 24 2012 - it is now July 15th 2012 and the item has still not been picked up - unforeseeable circumstances or not I cannot wait any longer for these guys.......

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time On June 6 I ordered a bike pickup and i have had no contact with them at all. I want to cancel for their negligence in picking up the bike. Response from RapidHauler: Tried several times to work something out with this shipment.. He spoke very little english and we never got a pickup address from him as it had changed from the one posted on paperwork given to us by uship.We have over 35 logged calls to this customer from date of acceptance to the final call made yesterday.. Sorry hope he finds someone who can make his shipment happen..

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time WOW EXCUSES,EXCUSES,EXCUSES. In my 20 years of a manager in a shipping and recieving department for a large firm i have never ever heard so many excuses. LOL.
1.Flooding,2.House got hit with lightning,3. Driver parents died. What would be the excuse next time. I have sent numerous emails and have tried on many occasions to reach you on your cell with no luck.Talked to your mother many times on the land line(office).
I do not wish to use this company ever again. Thank you! 16 days late! Response from RapidHauler: Wow is correct aren't you a funny little guy.. You left out your threats and you left out the truth of the whole matter. I'm not going to waste my time with a long winded reason as to why this was cancelled by us not you. You have clearly said more than enough to make yourself look to be the better person in this ordeal.Best of luck in your future

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time RapidHauler kept putting off the pickup for weeks and didn't seem to know when they could pick the boat up. They did not seem to be telling the truth when asked specific questions. Very unreliable. This screwed up my deal with the boat. The other party involved also talked to RapidHauler and concluded that they were lying and didn't seem to care one way or the other, so he told me to do a cancellation. Response from RapidHauler: We had a set pickup time arranged with the seller on this boat and the new buyer wasnt in agreement with that time and day of pickup. We spoke to both parties several times and couldnt come to an agreement on a date to pick it up. We are NOT able to give customers a specific day and specific time we will arrive at any location. Best we can do is give an estimated day and time and as it gets closer to their pickup day we can give them 24 hours notice of pickup.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time never pick up trike, call and said do the problems for sure was going to get pick up this past weeekend but the trike still in oklahoma..the communication with this shipper is terrible. Response from RapidHauler: The driver on this item was held up with another item being shipped and was running a couple days behind. Nick was called and told what the case was and when it could be picked up instead he filed for it to be cancelled.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period After waiting a month and hearing many excuses and then after a time hearing nothing I have decided to cancel this shipment altogether. I would not have minded so much if they would just have been up front and said they did not want to do the shipment any longer but just leaving me hanging is extremely unprofessional and rude.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period AFter They missed the agreed upon pickup time last week without even a phone call.
They rescheduled to another day and failed to show up again.
Many attempts to call and email with NO response from shipper.
Paid a 50% deposit as agreed upon.
They are have totally dropped off all communications.
Have sent emails daily for the past 5 days
have made phone calls for the past 4 days to both numbers provided.
I finally had to cancel the shipment
