There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved After I accepted his bid and paid via credit card through Uship the hauler said he could not accept this form of payment and that it was noted on his profile. I did not see it on his profile. Hopefully we can work something out. Response from Randy1977: Doug accepted uship payments. At the time he accepted I had know way of receiving the funds from uship. This has all been fixed and back on track. I apologize to Doug for any problems I caused with this. I was not prepared obviously for this problem to arise. Thanks doug and hope your horses made it safe and sound.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services We entered into a professional agreement with this service provider to ship our mare.Two weeks before moving cross country he cancels.The reputable person he suggested is more expensive.Regardless of cancellations, we had a contract. We do not need a credit to our Uship acct. we need a refund of 186.61. A credit will not assist us at this time. Mary Lu is a member of our family not a piece of furniture. This has caused us great hardship in our moving plans! Response from Randy1977: We had multiple horses back out on the haul. I gave her a 2 week notice to find a replacement. I do not run uship or their policies regarding the refunds. I found her someone to haul the horse for the same price and they even knew each other and they rejected the offer. Not much more I can do as a company.

Customer could not pay for the haul. I was in the area for pickup and went right by the drop off location. Would have been happy to do the haul If I would have gotten paid.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper had another customer Response from Randy1977: I did not have another customer but had a cancellation myself for someone along the same route. I offered to go a later date but never heard back. I am very sorry if I caused any trouble in your transportation. This was certainly my fault and i apologize.

Service Provider cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward Response from Randy1977: Not sure of the problem with this one. Talked with customer on the phone and was told she did not want me to pickup her shipment. I had never met either party so not sure what happened. Again the problem with this website not being able to communicate be forehand.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped The horse that I was purchasing was not able to be completed so I no longer need the transport because the horse was not purchased. Response from Randy1977: This is the problem with this website. Through no fault of mine this will count against me. If you choose my services please be 100 percent sure that the transport will occur. It will save both you and me a lot of time. Thank you
