We have 10 years experience Hauling horses. I take pride and care in knowing they are safe on the journey We are not a national company or large vans with lots of drivers who keep your horses on the trailer for days all over the country. Think about that. More than one driver and more than 5 horses at a time means your horse will never rest. We are a personal service knowing the name of your horse and who you are as well. I am not quick or cheap, but fair, honest and love the animals in my care. We stop all the time for rest and off trailer time. My equipment is new and updated so the horses have the best ride possible. Air Ride Hitch and Truck is Air Ride. Air Conditioning in horses quarters as well as heat for the winter. Contracts to be signed before pickup. We stop every couple of hours for a rest break. Trailer is set up so they have hay and water at all times. Contracts to be signed. 50% deposit to hold spaces. We are now located in Eagle Point, Oregon.

No Detailed Feedback Available Really nice trailer, good communication after shipper was en route. Delay in picking up horses due to mechanical failure was unforseen and he did communicate with the horse's owners. I would use again but my recommendation would be to allow a little more time for layovers. Thanks.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment This lady is wonderful and as good as they come. I booked her horse in the wrong size stall to start with and missed the first trip down south. Then I am getting canceled on by other people and again the trip gets put on hold. Through all of this she is fantastic as is the seller. The last straw was something I should have noticed was the time the seller was going to be gone. I am 100 percent responsible for all of this. I did not see it on his profile. Hopefully we can work something out.

Doug accepted uship payments. At the time he accepted I had know way of receiving the funds from uship. This has all been fixed and back on track. I apologize to Doug for any problems I caused with this. I was not prepared obviously for this problem to arise. Thanks doug and hope your horses made it safe and sound.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services We entered into a professional agreement with this service provider to ship our mare.Two weeks before moving cross country he cancels.The reputable person he suggested is more expensive.Regardless of cancellations, we had a contract. We do not need a credit to our Uship acct. we need a refund of 186.61. A credit will not assist us at this time. Mary Lu is a member of our family not a piece of furniture. This has caused us great hardship in our moving plans!

We had multiple horses back out on the haul. I gave her a 2 week notice to find a replacement. I do not run uship or their policies regarding the refunds. I found her someone to haul the horse for the same price and they even knew each other and they rejected the offer. Not much more I can do as a company.

There was no change in price or terms. Customer could not pay for the haul. I was in the area for pickup and went right by the drop off location. Would have been happy to do the haul If I would have gotten paid.

Not sure of the problem with this one. Talked with customer on the phone and was told she did not want me to pickup her shipment. I had never met either party so not sure what happened. Again the problem with this website not being able to communicate be forehand.
