Service Provider was unable to reach customer after a reasonable period of time.
When I accepted the bid, I was not aware that I needed a health certificate and a coggins test that are non-negotiable in the service providers terms of shipment. I don't have these documents, and do not know if I will be able to get a day off of work and get an appointment with the veterinarian before the time of shipment. I did contact the vet today to get this scheduled, but I feel that due to the short timeframe it would be better to cancel and reschedule the shipment after this is resolve

Response from Randy1977: Please if you are reading this. To transport across state lines you must have a health inspection and negative coggins test before the animals can be moved. Also some states require a brand inspection as well. Please check with your states as to the needs of transport documentation. All haulers should require this.

My transport worked great. He was friendly and helpful in answering all of my "first time Shipper" questions. My e-mails and phone calls were returned promptly. My horses were well cared for in my absence as evidenced by their condition upon arrival at their destination. We had some delays, not anyones fault, that were worked out nicely and his services made my move a lot easier. I would recommend using this transporter and I would use him again myself! Thank you!!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
Once I ACCEPTED this provider's bid, communication became very poor and my messages were not returned in a reasonable amount of time and my questions were not answered. I became concerned about the lack of communication and was not comfortable having this shipper haul my horses long distance if I was not going to be able to reach them. I got the impression that although they had accepted my bid, they were not able to meet the time frame specified in my request and were scrambling to put a load

Response from Randy1977: I normally accept responsibility for things gone wrong, but this time I am not. The time frame for the haul was still 3 weeks away. Yes we are always trying to fill our load. I have never hauled for this person and it maybe a good thing I did not. We returned every email she sent and it would take days to get a reply from her. I hope when you read this you look at the others and not base your decision on this persons opinion; she never used our services.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
Provider informs me he is too busy and way behind in his jobs. I received an email telling me it was a go and to call him but 20 min. later was informed he could not accomodate. I understand some of life's surprises that come up, but I can't help but be a little disappointed.

Response from Randy1977: Uship is a very difficult median to use. We were not too busy. We thought we had 2 other horses going the same direction. We bid based upon that information. After bidding uship the other customer decided not to ship the horses. We are sorry about that. We were in constant communication trying to work out a ride for the horse.

Response from Randy1977: This goes against me i know. The horse was a stallion and not listed as such in the listing. I had already booked a stallion on the trip and did not want 2 on board at the same time.

I could not have been happier! Randy did an excellent job, and I would not hesitate to use him again. In fact, I will recommend him to anyone looking for a hauler, and have! Our little mare looks fantastic, great weight, great condition, and very happy. She was blanketed, warm, everything was in order. Trailer was beautiful, and he's a great driver - he had to really squeak into our drive, but did it perfectly!
