Rush hour towing is a great service and a bunch of great guys they kept me informed all the way though pick up to drop off. On time for pick up and early for drop off. I would definitely recommend them. I hope to do business with them again Thanks Glenn

BEWARE!!! This is the most unprofessional company i have ever used. I received my brand new custom enclosed trailer with $2,000 in damage. The owner of the company is planning on doing NOTHING to make good on the damage the driver did. I suspect that he DOES NOT even have business insurance. If any one wants proof of the disgusting business practices feel free to contact me. I have pictures, Police report, Video, wittnesses etc.... I'm gonna have to take this " business " to court. BEWARE!!!!!

I accepted their bid to ship a vehicle for my customer. They were no call backs or emails sent to myself or my customer. They basically just ignored their obligations. I am being penalized for this company's actions as an excessive cancellation.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They said that they could pick up and deliver within a time frame. When I booked this shipment, I called and left a message and an email trying to confirm the pick up and delivery time that they said they could do. I spoke to a woman on Thursday night who said that she didn't know anything and that she would have someone call me Friday morning. After a number of phone calls and messages Friday and Saturday, I have not been able to reach anyone and no phone calls back

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Seller/shipper reports pickup failed when loading to flatbed/rollback transport refused although forklift available at site, driver intended towing vehicle behind, transport rep had been told in advance vehicle was non-rolling, non-running, parts-only vehicle. Customer wanted driver to put a parts car on open truck with loose parts to drive down highway that is not safe and someone can get hurt and customer did care about this they were only concern about getting there car to them no amount of money is worth a life or some one getting hurt or injured my driver did the right thing period.List your shipment and add all the details to your post so that a transporter can make a decision on what's needs to be done prior to bidding on your job.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time First they cancelled the pick up because they have an open truck and were worried it might snow. The second time they failed to call 2 days in advance of pick up as agreed and the guy was not available to give them the product without notice. I have no idea why I'm being penalized. Alan

Why thank you for the nice words sir,We attempted picking this up several times over a 2 week period and each attemp failed due to the fact the person at pick location was always at the bar on weekend and refuse to meet driver and rain and snow and yes since this was open tranport customer don't realize that if the game gets wet it's no good any more so we had to explain that to him and also in Q&A customer was advised that this would be for open transport and agreed.

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Service provider required a $4000 deposit out of $6000 total shipment cost upfront. Bid for a flatbed transport but upon booking was told it would be a driveaway transport. I am not comfortable working with this provider.
