The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time In my listing I stipulated a time criteria that was not met. The stipulated time was early afternoon. As of 5:30 PM the truck was reported as still being in the DC Metropolitan area. To learn this required a phone call to the base of the operation and a talk with Christina because tracking didn't work. Christina claimed that our daughter told her that there was no trailer space availability and they were unsure of actually picking up the shipment for that reason. This is not accurate since a

Not true, customer informed us the night before pick up, limited trailer access, none of his items were ready to be shipped, we would need a police escort to get the items(bad divorce), and they wouldn't be able to pay for the shipment until they received a child support check. Even still we were willing to help out, but only after we completed our other stops in NJ, we could not afford to lose a whole day waiting on a shipment not even ready to be shipped. Service Provider cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward I still want the scooter moved and have paid for it. I also have pinball machines in Richmond Va I want moved. Shipper wanted to move them for cash added to scooter move. I listed them on Uship and now he has mind reading skills anticipating my future cancellation? I use the system correctly, he wishes to skirt the rules and my ethics are being questioned? He has 49 cancellations and I have zero and somehow I am the one likely to cancel? This is a joke.

Very Unethical Customer, accpeted our bid to move the scooter, then made another listing trying to get another provider to do it cheaper, he never paid us a cent so that is another lie, now this customer is upset because we found the other listing and uncovered his plan, we have only initiated 5 cancellations, the rest of our cancellations are because of people like this, Bottom Line, don't book a job with us and then go behind our back seeking a cheaper price.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Shipper was unable to contact me for confirmation. When I did get a chance they were very understanding.

Very unfortunate,17 miles from the pick up and headed 60 miles from the delivery point. We stopped the route, got a room, no pick up contact info was provided by the customer, we sent immediate emails and numerous voice messages begging for pick up info, stalled 1 night and an additional 4 hours waiting on a response. Customer informed us 15 minutes after accepting our bid ther were 18 additional items not listed and this shipment could only be picked up in a 3 hour window 4 days from now. Our bid was very clear that pick up would take place on 4-21.
Please make sure you have the correct info before accepting bids.
