HE WAS IN CONSTANT COMMUNICATIONS, TOOK EXTRA CARE WITH THE LOAD, ARRIVED ON TIME, VERY CAREFULLY OFFLOADED WITH NO SHIPPING DAMAGE OR DRAMA! I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Shipper wanted item to be loaded onto a flatbed for transport, I agreed.....as it turns out the pickup location ( ritchey bros) did not have machinery adequate for loading the item, I had no choice but to cancel the transaction and drive another four hours back home. A waiste of a good day and a lot of fuel.

If I wouldn't have had a serious timeline on the item I would not be canceling this shipment. I will be using this shipper in the future if the need arises.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The Service Provider took a closer look at the job and didn't think his truck was small enough to maneuver into the areas where the item to be shipped needed to be loaded and delivered to. We agreed to cancel the contract and I found a local company that did the job.

In addition to what the client stated, I had serious concern over preserving the lawn and property of the place of origin in which a shed was to be moved and so it was not only a mater of equipment size, but also scheduling around the weather, as the third party was putting pressure on both my client and I. Therefore my client and I decided that another course of action was best for all.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment This person has my machine at his house in PA after picking it up at deal and cannot deliver it now for 2-3 weeks due to truck breakdown. he said i can request a cancelation of the contract. he is now 1hr further from my office which means its going to cost me more to ship to my site! i need a refund

This took place during the same time period as the job listed below and was due to the same breakdown which affected several jobs all at the same time. The client was in urgent need of his equipment and made his own arraingments to have the transport completed.
