The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time RRAutoTrans gave me two dates in which he was going to pick up my 1960 Chevrolet El Camino and did not show up either time and I had to get another tranporter. Response from RRAutoTrans: Both times we tried to pick up, no one was at the pick up location, Come to find out he had gave us wrong information and he does not want to add that to his feedback??????? There is only so much we can do..

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved After numerous times, trying to schedule pick-up,service provider does not answering the phone, does not want to refund full payment made.
Stealing my time and money.Liar and thief. Response from RRAutoTrans: We have tried at least 30 times to try to get ahold of dimitry or Richard on the pick up end. We have tried to pick up several times but no on was available to release the truck. As fas as the deposit, he was refunded and he now wants more than he gave us. I should have not gave his deposit back, Due to our time and fuel, but we were nice of enough to. Never again. BEWARE OF THIS GUY. WHO KNOWS WHAT HE WILL DO ON THE NEXT SHIPMENT HE HAS. LOW BLOWING EVERYONE, IT'S SAD SOME PEOPLE ARE LIKE THAT!

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period The service provider and I had contact 2 times. Now after 5 voice mails, nothing from this service provider.He obviously bit off more than he could chew. I have been in the auto and truck sales industry for 24 years now and take pride in doing business with reputable transporters.This is NOT one of them.No return phone calls or return emails, after my 5 phone attempts and 2 emails. BEWARE OF THIS TRANSPORTER ...... Response from RRAutoTrans: COMPLETLY DISAGREE. WE HAVE TRIED CONTACTING HIM. WE TALKED TO HIM THREE TIMES AND EVERY TIME HE WAS CHANGING THE SHIPMENT. AS FAR AS LEAVING ME VOICEMAILS, I HAVE ONLY MISSED 1 PHONE CALL FROM HIM. NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS GUY.

Response from RRAutoTrans: Shipper changed shipment several times.. Not sure in what she wanted to do. If any time was wasted it was mine..

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved It is taking to long. It is almost a month. Response from RRAutoTrans: We went to pick up vehicle and shipment was not as described, vehicle was not drivable. We were unable to pick up vehicle. I explained to the gentlemen we were not going to be in the area for another 2 weeks, he said it was ok.. Now its canceled????!!!

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider was supposed to be onsite to pick up the vehicle on or before June 25th. They did not show up to pick up the vehicle. As a matter of fact the only phone call I have recieved was yesterday after several attempts via email and phone to reach the service provider. No one has or tried to contact me with any issues. I called Richie Brothers yeaterday after my conversation with the service provider and they had stated that no attempt was ever made to pick up the vehicle. Response from RRAutoTrans: COMPLETELY DISAGREE. WE WENT TO PICK UP THIS VEHICLE AT AN AUCTION AND THE CUSTOMER DID NOT PROVIDE PROPER DOCUMENTS TO RELEASE VEHICLE. THERE WERE MANY PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS TO CUSTOMER AND NO ANSWER OR REPLY. WE WERE UNABLE TO HAVE THE VEHICLE RELEASED, DUE TO THE CUSTOMERS ACTIONS.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The shipper agreed to pick the truck up 6/4/10, here it is the day before and I called him to confirm the pickup and he tells me he canceled the shipment on uship on Monday, BULL! I turned down other offers thinking I had a real shipper but he was brokering it because he doesnt have the proper authorities to ship out of state and didnt have the decency to call and let me know. I would kick this guy off of this site, what a waist of time and not a good experience for me! Response from RRAutoTrans: What a waist of time with this guy. He does not even know what his shipping. I explained to the gentleman if the vehicle is less then 100in. I can get it transported. The shipment was very much different then explained. After speaking with him the very next day he had changed the the dimensions on the truck, a lot higher. I explained to him it was to tall, so I canceled. As far as proper documents I have everything and I have no problems showing it and I AM A CARRIER. Never again with this guy..
