I no longer need my item(s) shipped Copart took the car of the auction. This is the second time they have taken this car off a scheduled auction. Are they a joke or what?

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period transport company will not contact me and has not picked up auto. i am paying
storage charge for each day it is not picked up. i have emailed and called this company without any answers. it has been 10 days since it has been paid for.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Talking about sheer incompetency,dishonesty and lack pf communication.This so called transporter has it all.After 11days of endless waiting without any phone calls or emails returned,I was forced to remind the transporter of the consequences of his failure to live up to the terms of the agreement.It was then he initiated a cancellation through uship without even contacting me directly.Never in my life had I been so disrespected in my life.Now I have to face the huge storage costs.Buyer be warned

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I had booked this company to pick up my car on Sept 3, 2011. They never showed up they never called to let me know what was going on. I called them and emailed them for 5 days to get some kind of info from them to see what the delay was. I never got a call back or a email. Thier web site says they will keep you updated that's a lie! It is imposable to get a hold of anybody from this company. I don't understand how anybody can run a company like this and still stay in business with thier poor cus

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved did not make sure of the condition of vehicle before sending driver out. They wanted to increase price. Response from RRAutoTrans: Customer listed this vehicle as running. When we called the customer to get the contacts and etc. we found out the vehicle does not run. We offered to transport the vehicle for an extra $75 since the vehicle is an inop, he refused. To be specific this is the reason for the cancellation. Customer even stated the all the vehicles he ships are inop and he figure we would know this. Sorry we could not help with your shipment.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I left my cell number for the provider to call. I have called the providers phone number 5+ times during regular business hours, and the phone always went to voice mail. I received emails at the end of the day and requested a phone call to my cell. I never received a phone call from provider. I also asked a question about delivery date; and then I received and email stating the pick up was for today-- with no call to verify time or date.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The car is ready but the dealership did not release the vehicle because the shipper could not give them any of the vehicle information or even my first and last name. They simply showed up and said they were picking up a 2002 Audi Allroad. The shipper has already failed to meet one dealine and now has until 3pm on the 21st or I will lose even more money. Their actions have already cost me over $200 dollars. The shipper will not respond to my emails or calls. I dont have time to reschedule.
