A pro end-to-end. Mark handled my scooter shipment with aplomb. Punctual, efficient, unfailingly courteous and utterly trustworthy, this is the man to ship with. Everything worked as it should, the bike arrived in perfect shape and he sparkled throughout with a cheery wit that made everything seem easy, no matter what hurdles he had to cross on his journey here. Mark did a great job with my shipment - he made my move from NYC to a Boston storage unit essentially stress-free. Mark was on time (even ahead of time) both at the pick-up and drop-off locations, kindly offered to transport additional items beyond what I had initially posted, and helped me load and unload my heavier belongings. I will definitely use Mark again should I need a similar shipment in the future and will recommend him to friends looking to move.
