After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer This customer was informed that our truck broke down after his boat had been picked up and was enroute. He became very rude to me and was yelling and cursing because he stated that he needed the boat that weekend, when he had previously stated that he was flexible with timeframe. We tried to accomodate him by sending another truck that was 2 days out for his boat, but due to rushing for this shipment, that truck was involved in an accident. Now he is trying to slander our company by making false Response from ROD4314: What a lie!!! Thats why this company was kicked off uship!!! These guys are CROOKS in my opinion!!
