Customer posted "book it now" which I accepted and the bike was not paid for, therefore he could not ship it. After the 2nd attempt to pick up the bike and it was still not ready (2 wks later), I suggested we cancell and I would rebid if schedule permitted. No problems here...

Bob provided an excellent service. His very clean trailer assured me the white sofa would be transported without possible damage from dirt. He handled my furniture with caution, thought and as if it was his own. Working with me to handle the sofa movement as I requested. Inspects, documents item, keeps you informed, inspects at delivery site, receives signature upon delivery and confirms delivery. What else can you ask for? Thank you! Robert

Within an hour of accepting the bid, Bob had contacted the seller and already made arrangements to pick up my bike. Bob and Hanna were eager to help on the phone, and very thorough with the transfer of the bike and paperwork. I had my shipment within 48 hours. I was extremely impressed-- highly recommended!
