Ray was very hard to get a hold of. Was supposed to pick up goods at 6:00am but sent sister who didn't arrive until 9:30am. Arrived with mother and grandmother in tow, no one along to help load. Once goods were loaded onto a flat bed trailer, would not secure with a tarp. Had to stop several times to secure goods along the route. Was unprofessional if this is what they do for a living. Everything did arrive in tact but would not use their service again nor recommend them.

SISTER works for me from time to time all the clients stuff was stuffed in paper bags thats why we had to keep stopping even with the TARP ON THE LOAD was no arrangements made to load or to unload
