A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The was very helpful. I appreciate their willingness to work with me and I would recommend them to other shippers. The problem was caused by the seller of the items to be picked up.

rhinonutt24 did a fine job of removing our player piano from our second-story condo and then storing it for a few weeks until we were moved and settled in. My piano arrived unharmed and a day early. They were easy to get in touch with and gave accurate estimates on time for pick up and delivery, making their cell number available for easy communication the whole way.

Good communication. Well schedule for the day, however, the time to arrive was in a three hours range. If you have a flexible schedule, this is not a problem.
