These guys were very careful of my baby grand. Pickup and delivery was done with care of both my old and new home and on time for such a long distance. I would recommend Rhinonutt.

Rhinonutt movers are true professionals and very friendly. I was kept posted on arrival times even though it changed a few times. They moved my very heavy antique upright piano gently and without a scratch from the truck to my living room where I wanted it. I call this (WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY). These guys are the best. I did not show up at agreed upon date and time we showed-up at agreed scheduled time, but customer would not allow piano to be loaded because he did not want piano to be on truck while making any other stops befor delivery. also additional pieces not agreed upon. he wanted us to come back on our way back through, but a mechanical failure prohibited us to be there within his timeframe.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper reported a truck failure.

we did show-up on time at his requested date and time. however, shipper would not allow his piano to be loaded because it was not going directly to the destination. we needed to make 2 other stops before delivery, which was indicated in writing to shipper. we were even willing to go back a second time on our way back, but an overnight breakdown was too much of an inconvenience for him. if your movers are there on time, and you refuse to allow them to perform your pick-up, that's on you.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped I got an offer to sell the piano after the bid was accepted, and since selling will better for my situation, I accepted the sale offer. The service provider was Very accomodating throughout our discussions, and I'm sure he would have done a great job shipping the piano as he has done for previous uship customers.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The was very helpful. I appreciate their willingness to work with me and I would recommend them to other shippers. The problem was caused by the seller of the items to be picked up.
