Response from RGTRANSPORT: We tried to do an expedite service for this customer,however we had 3 other pending deliveries that conflcted with the planned 2 day delivery. We did however deliver quickly and were within 3 -4 blocks of shippers address when we called for specific directions to his home. Shipper seemed annoyed at our failure to pinpoint the exact time of delivery & that we were unable to find his home in this rural wooded area.

We reached Tucson and then she called our office and requested to have us pickup the goods right away. We explained that we had already passed through her area and that we could no longer service the move.
