THE RG TRANSPORT can not ship for my schdule,he just pick up for my looking date,but he deliver too late.

Response from RGTRANSPORT: We attempted to set up the load two days before
we were going to be in the area.The shipper answered the phone and stated that we had the wrong phone number and that she knew nothing about a shipment.When we got back to Arizona she called us and said she wanted the shipment picked up right away.

I left 3 massages with no reply. I never got a person on the phone just answering machine.

Response from RGTRANSPORT: Just not true.We attempted to reach this person
via telephone as well as e mail.We received one call at our office when we were out in the truck,when we tried to return the call she never got back to us.We tried to get ahold of her all the way up to the date that we agreed to load the shipment.

Response from RGTRANSPORT: Gary should have more accurate positioning in his pickup and delivery service.Shipment arrived about 3-4 weeks later than his original time frame.We do understand the situation he encountered with his truck,however a call every couple of days would have been appreciated.
