Rick stayed in touch regularly, updating us on the status of the shipment. This one was complicated because of three (instead of the typical two) parties involved, as I was the shipper but the motorcycle was picked up elsewhere and shipped to my daughter in San Francisco. Rick got everything straight and everything went well. Bike arrived in pristine condition. Thanks!

Really happy with my uShip experience. I flew in from Reno and was expecting to have to abandon or donate the desk (I was mostly buying the machine). But uShip connected me with several independent LTL operators that offered great rates and good service on the ground with everything set up over the network. Richard is a great guy - easy to work with and fantastic communication throughout the process. I will not hesitate to use him or uShip in the future, and I highly recommend them both.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved "Hi Roopa I'm headed out of Round Rock early Saturday morning, love to have your Shadow onboard accept and call me tomorrow so we can pin point a pick up time!" Unfortunately, Roopa forgot to follow my booking instructions thereby missing the boat "early Saturday morning" I received a call at 1:37pm

Mr. C was very genuine in his apology for missed shipment, where the seller of his bike had a case of sellers remorse and backed out of the deal failing to answer phone calls and repeated emails. I would still ship for this client any day in the future!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Hi - Looks like I accepted a bid and made payment after the service provider had left the town. Hence requesting cancellation. In responding to a bid request from Roopa I was very clear that Roopa needed to accept and call me as I was leaving early Saturday Morning(next day) I waited around till 10 am and even pushed my appointment in Fort Worth back 3hours. Unfortunately, Roopa did not call until 1:37pm costing money now and in the future from imposed Uship cancellation fees. I cry Fraud/ Foul! I wonder if Roopa got all her money back hmmm?!

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment UNIT WAS TO PICKED UP 6/2/2012 BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS AT 4 PM. RECEIVED AN EMAIL THE DAY BEFORE LETTING ME KNOW HE WOULD BE HERE AND WOULD CALL ME. DID NOT HEAR FROM HIM 6/2 OTHER THAN EMAIL AFTER BUSINESS HOURS. SHIPPER OFFERED TO PICK UP SUNDAY, BUT WE DID NOT KNOW OFFER WAS MADE SINCE IT WAS ONLY EMAILED AND RECEIVED MONDAY A.M. ONCE STORE REOPENED AFTER SERVICE PROVIDER ALREADY LEFT TOWN WITHOUT SHIPMENT.

I was told my response would be posted, I found that it wasn't Hmmm? In any case my only advise to Mr. Boris would be to provide a more acceptable and reachable phone number. I have all my email and correspondences on record which show no mention of Business hours in addition to the four days it took to respond to a request for delivery address! Please read my other reviews in regards to how I rate on communication. Mr. Boris still owes me for a failed transport. I cry fraud I mean foul!!
