My boat was delivered in good shape. I was flexible in my delivery time and it was a good thing as they picked it up 2 1/2 weeks later than they first suggested they would--so flexibility is a necessity! I would have liked better communication--there phone voicemail box was often full so I couldn't leave a message.

Shipper knew that delivery (Nov-3) would be the first week of Nov.. when he accepted bid.. which was at cost...You would think that SAFE delivery of such a fragile boat coast to coast would bring satisfaction....boat and trailer was in very poor condition, but we babied it for 2700 miles...sorry but we provided way more service than you paid for.. but we thank-you anyway and enjoy your boat..R&D

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
The service provider never answered my phone calls or returned my phone messages. Finally after aprox. 2 weeks they only responded by email which has made me uncomfortable to do business with them. In addition they can not guarantee my delivery time frame.
