The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
numerous attempts to make contact with service provider have been futile. RDOGG comitted to pickup dates prior to accepting bid and has not met them nor has he made attempts to give status updates. Now he tell us two days after the first scheduled pickup time that we need to get someone else to make the delivery. again no explaination. we would be willing to work something out if there had been communication.

Randy, you are great. Im amazed at how smooth everything went. I posted my add the day that I flew out to buy a boat. During my layover you sent me an offer that stood out among all others. you were friendly, very reasonable, and amazingly able to pick up my boat within 24 hours of my have accepted your offer. Amazingly you showed up within 1/2 hour of when you said you would be there after driving 1,100 miles. When I need this again Im searching for you again. I have complete confidence in you.

Randy had proven to be as professional and up front as I had expected from reading his feedback. I didn't experience any problems with my boat and trailer, thankfully to Randy, as he personally dealt with issues that the marina did not. Randy took it all in stride and simply said, 'these things happen'. I have nothing but thanks and would not hesitate to use his services again. All the best Randy, and safe travels.

It has been 3 weeks, and we have not received our cats. We have not been able to get in touch with Randy, but got a phone call yesterday from a third party who has them in North Carolina, and has had them since right after they were picked up. Even if we were to get them back, they won't be the same cats that they were when they left, and they have gotten used to their new home. I am outraged! We paid in full, and were not told that any of this was going on. Now we are out the cats and the money

Response from RDOGG: Sunni You know this is wrong!! you know the other truck lost its tranny.. you know the cats are fine, no one wants your cats or to be paid for a unfinished job, you know that they are at a cat lovers house till the truck is repaired because we have a new baby in the house and allergic to cat dander, you know you will receive your cats and a discount,the same as you shipped them, they are grown, they dont forget in 3 weeks, you knew it was going to be AT LEAST 2. get real and remove this trash!

The lack of communication was very frustrating,not returning phone calls & messages left or e-mails. Two dates of delivery 7/27 and 8/3 , I waited both days for delivery and was not contacted until later in the day that delivery would not be made that day. delivery was finally made on 8/6.I am not a complainer but this was an ordeal that I would not want to repeat. Response from RDOGG: Seems he failed to mention that his trailer failed twice on the way because of poor upkeep and that I paid out of pocket to repair.. and spent over 7 hrs repairing tires, lights, wiring, and his only response was "Aint nothing I can do" and that he received his boat and trailer in better shape than when I picked it up..and didnt charge a dime for all the extra work and delay dealing with his crappy boat.. but you meet all kinds in this line of work and you cant please them all! Happy boating!
