Retired military, I treat each delivery as a mission with consideration for any limiting factors that may impact the haul such as weather, terrain, social unrest, vehicle performance, condition of the trailer or cargo, etc. Vehicle is a 2023 Ram 3500 4x4 (1-ton) HEMI (gas), rated for 14,500 lbs, all trailers limited to 12,000 lbs GVWR. Can haul smaller enclosed loads up to 8' long and 6' wide. Recent Harley owner (2014 FLHTK) so am familiar with hauling motorcycles. I always avoid transporting in wet weather to keep them clean. Attended Sturgis and others. Have hauled many new boats over $100,000 each. Also hauled people, animals, tractors, boats, aircraft, machinery, motorcycles, building materials, dirt. Non-drinker, non-smoker. Endorsements: Tanker, Bus, Motorcycle, various military vehicles before retirement. Previous major carrier driver with 100% on-time/safety record.
