Overall positive however, I would have liked more communication. I had to call driver nearly every time we communicated. Car was delivered in great condition though. I would use him again.

My daughter became very ill and I had no choice but to take an emergency flight home. I called to explain but was unable to make contact with the shipper. I'm sorry, and apologize sincerely!!

Service Provider was no longer able to accommodate this shipment.
Uship was the problem, we were not able to communicate about the shipping time table until after Uship took payment for services that could not work out. This was expressed by the driver when we were able to discuss the time table.
Uship wins and everyone else involved does not get the service they were seeking.
