It took some time navigating mutual issues that came up, but my machine was delivered in great shape. The seller informed me that the first thing Andre and his guys did was cover and carefully wrap in moving blankets -- He was impressed!! Andre did a good job keeping me informed of the whole process and came through with flying colors!! I will definately utilize Andes' services again!!

Andre was a great person to work with. He picked up a heavy and delicate ebay purchase for me from someone's home and she said he was a delight and impressed her with the care he took packing the item. The 3000 mile delivery was slightly delayed due to the incredible snowstorms on the east coast but as soon as he was able Andre delivered the item--keeping me up to date on status by phone the whole time. I would use his services again in a second!

Although I never met Andre he came off as a great guy over the phone. The drivers he has working for him were nothing short of professional and nice guys. The only "issue" I ran into was not receiving advance notice that my shipment would be arriving, Andre was very apologetic about this even though it wasn't that big of a deal. My furniture and boxes arrived in great condition with no problems. Bottom line...great shipper, very professional, will use again!!!
