Andre is very easy to work with. I shipped 2 antique pieces across the country and one was broken in transit (it was an old piece). Andre not only recommended a repair shop, he transported the piece to and from. I would definitely recommend him.

Andre is a one of a kind who does what he says he'll do. He completed a very difficult move, 600 boxes of collectible books from L.A. to St. Louis and I can't think of anything negative to say about him, he was reliable and a pleasure to do business with.

Andre picked up my dog in New York, and took him along as his traveling buddy, to SF. Made sure my dog was safe and happy, was very attentive to my dog's well being. I highly recommend Andre for anyone needing courier service for the pets.

Andre was polite, honest, and easy to do business and communicate with. My shipment arrived in California from NJ within a few days, earlier than originally estimated. Shipper even took the time to officially close my account at my former storage facilities office. Nice touch, I appreciated the extra effort. Would definately use QballExpress/Andre again.

Wow! This delivery was a great experience. Our vet box was an unusual item but Andre delivered it in perfect condition and was a real pleasure to deal with. He is a very trustworthy service provider and it is a real honor meeting him. I will definitely use him again for any of my shipping and highly recommend him for shipping anything anywhere. QBall's Andre arrived yesterday in NY to pick up the credenza-what a positive experience. I can't give enough positive input about him. I will provide more as the shipment is received in LA. So far it was my pleasure to give him a shipment and an honor to meet the guy. Anyone thinking of providing him with a shipment-don't hesitate!!! He is a genuinely good person. We had trouble closing the door to the basement where the credenza had come out of, he wouldn't leave till it was secured.
