I can't say enough good about Thomas. Thruout the entire process he was COMPLETELY HONEST & professional,even dealing with the IRATE man receiving my shipment,as I was still in FL. I truly owe a great deal to them, as most movers would have called it quits upon arrival to load; I had more that what I'd listed & he did all in his power to get everything on & the move completed. It was on time & Thomas even set up my place despite the irate man. Truly fantastic professional!!

When asked if the trailor was "road worthy" the customer said "yes". That everything was fine and ready to go. When my driver arrived at the pick up destination, it was a junk yard!! Literally! All the tires were flat and the trailor could not even be moved before having them replaced, which the customer was responsible for replacing. Upon arrival, the customer then tried to pay a less amount than the agreed final cost and got very nasty and rude with my driver. My company actually lost money on

We were going to rent a truck that got 6-10 mpg. A 1200 mile trip at the current gas prices would have cost us so much more than this shipper's fee. The truck rental alone was about the same as our shipment cost. We also saved our time and aggravation. Service was professional and communication was first rate. Thanks, Thomas, for a job well done.

Totally awesome. Way above and beyond the call. Pual called every day and treated my boat better than I would myself. He and his father in law spotted the problem with 2 trailer tires, got tires replaced and at a great price. They kept the old tires and took photos of the problem. They dekivered the boat ahead of schedule and were apologizing for being delayed due to minor problems with their truck. Fantastic service for a cross country tow of over 300 miles.
