The service provider did not perform, changed his phone number, did not respond to e-mail, and provided no reply to two certified letter requesting that he perform the specified service or refund my money. I obviously do not recommend dealing with this person/company.

The customer is correct that we were unable to perform the shipment. The customer was made aware that he was suppose to have his vehicle relocated to a load area outside of the high security military base that the vehicle was located in. I waited 36 hours in order to have this shipment go through after driving over 230 miles away from the nearest interstate. As for the lack of communication on my behalf I think he was confused on who he was trying to comunicate with. Please contact me

The driver went out of his way to deliver my boat over 775 miles. Changed trailer lights and 4 blown out tires (all dry rotted) at no extra labor cost.
Only complaint is lack of communication before the pickup of the boat. I was dealing with 3 separate people that all had different ideas on the amount of funds and how they were to be paid. The amount was only off by a small percent of overall cost but I would rather have it nailed down prior to shipment.

Correct on the lack of communication. With the technology in todays world it is still hard some times to get everything down packed when on the road and not being able to communicate with my other drivers and office staff. Other than that glad everyting else worked out great.

100% Satisfied, QU1CKSHIP got our belongings to our destination a day early. You will not meet a nicer group of people and most important they know how to pack a truck so nothing get damaged. We will use QU1CKSHIP again for any moving needs we encounter.
