I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I would like to cancel this request. Ron that I have spoken to for the last 2 days can not be reached via phone nor email. He had committed to pickup equipment yesterday 5/8 @ 1pm. At 3 pm yesterday after no one had shown up. I tried to call him yesterday & today up until 1:30pm. Ron was fully aware that he was going to need a trailer with ramps. Also was aware that I needed this equipment moved by today 5/9. Now I am responsible for a storage fee being accessed.
Response from QTIServices: We explained to Tim the day before he excepted our bid that waiting to the last min to book shipment with us may cause a delay in pickup time issue... He booked this with us at 1:00pm 05/08/2012. We also explained to him we would do our best!!! And could have this moved by 05/10/2012... Just because someone wait's until the last moment to book with us does not mean we are responsible for late pickup.. We ask all our customers to plan ahead...

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I would like to cancel this booking. The service provider is not able pick this item up today (5/3) so I am going to have to cancel the booking. Response from QTIServices: Sorry but after calling pickup point and getting all the correct details changed.. It would have cost more due to permits and other's plus trailer was not ready do to lights missing and tire wear.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Service Provider is not responding, Equipment was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago. no response. Response from QTIServices: We tried to help this customer out, We were notified on Sunday 03/15/2012 that we had the winning bid. At which time we called him to arrange credit terms by credit card or credit check, On 04/15/2012 At which time both failed we offered to move this as long as payment was made upon delivery.. But he would not meet us half way... So we ask for the cancellation. Today is 04/17/202 the trip was 350 miles there is no way that we could picked up from Richie auction on Sundays, Very un-trust worthy

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period The provider promised to fax me the invoice but I did not get it. I have text-messaged and called the provider but no response about when he is going to perform the work. These attachments should have been at the delivery point by now. Response from QTIServices: We try all efforts to help get this equipment loaded and made phone calls to this person office left MSg after MSg, first was told they had no way to load it that they was working at it.. then waited for almost 2 weeks. Told customer to call us when ready.. Then was asked to have truck there between 8 am an 9 am. driver was at customer at 8:15 am waited till 1pm for someone to show up. after 10 more calls to his office and cell phone with no answer once again, found different load for truck...

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved THE MACHINE WAS BIGGER THAN WHAT I BEEN TOLD, SERVICE PROVIDER SHOW UP ON TIME, AND REALLY GOOD COMMUNICATION, BUT SINCE IS BIGGER IS MORE EXPENSIVE AND I DONT HAVE THAT BUDGET AT THIS MOMENT, I HAVE TO MOVE IT LATER, THANK YOU ANYWAY Response from QTIServices: Alejandro, We look forward to working with you in the future, machine went from being only 10 feet high to 11'4, but he is a great customer and paid for your time.. Would work with him again and again. We are only a phone call away now.. talk to you soon.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have only been able to contact the provider once in 1 weekk I was also told the machine would be picked up no later than 2/28/2012 and as of right now I have not been able to contact the provider to schedule Pick up So I believe they are either not interested or unable to accomodate

2/28/2012 1:39 MST Response from QTIServices: Was told to contact seller of said unit to be picked up by buyer. Asked if they had a way to load JD5400, After contacting seller, and offering to pick up unit if customer would pay for roll off trailer to load unit we never heard from buyer again or seller. Then was ask to cancel loading??? We are only as good as the information that we are told when booking, We offered a solution but buyer and shipper were unwilling to meet us half way!
