Chuck did a perfect job on my shipment. He had great e-mail and telephone communication to keep me up to date on his schedule before and during travel. Along the way, he took the time to stop and check the hubs' temperatures and add grease. When delivering my boat, he gave an assessment of how it trailered and let me know to check the hubs. He gave a complete summary of parts delivered loose. Thanks Chuck.
