Payment Information Clearly Described on Payment Authorization Sheet. There are 100's of factors that play a role in each shipment it's hard to get eta down to the min. Gizzmo Link clearly inform client of Pickup & Delivery dates. Communicaiton not so great, hard to work with/for.

Gizzo quoted pickup of 10/12 and delivery of 10/13. I knew this would be difficult, so asked the trucker. Trucker said 10/14. Fine with me. I was kind about the 1.5h lateness for pickup. Stuff happens. What bothers me is when my son called to confirm ETA for delivery. He wasn't asking "down to the minute." He was asking for a 2h timeframe as trucker promised. Not only did trucker not call within 2h, but trucker flat REFUSED to give an ETA. He said, "I have NO idea when I'll be there."

Trucker only accepted cash/cashiers check. Gizzmo said they accept PayPal. I guess I got spoiled by UPS tracking. Gizzmo's advertised tracking service only said,"in transit." Trucker was 1.5h late for pickup. Would've been nice if he would've alerted me. On the day of delivery, my son called to confirm the ETA since he had to leave the Navy base to meet trucker. Trucker refused to give him a more accurate ETA. My son waited 3h in cold and rain in a bad neighborhood.

Gizzmo Link clearly explains Payment Terms multiple times during booking. Our state of the art tracking system is provided free of charge to our clients & has many options, client apparently does not read anything when booking. Eta's are extremely tough to pin point due to the 100's of factors that play a role in each shipment. Gizzmo Link is available for assistance via Live Chat, Phone, Email, Order Tracking System, client never contacted with any problems.
