I run a 280SWB Transit low roof panel van. Van is plylined with a neoprene floor, well maintained, and dry. I only transport dry goods unless fully sealed packaging is provided. Long distance, single day, or overnight trips are not a problem. Remember folks, you're after saving money on your transport - part of that means you may be asked to ensure loading/unloading assistance is available. I've transported a double overstrung upright piano, which arrived still perfectly tuned, but without loading/unloading assistance both ends, this would not have been possible. Apparently I need to add 800 characters, so I'll waffle about the van: My van is fully equipped with the usual sat nav, etc - it even includes a mini fridge & kettle for those longer trips! It's also extremely well maintained. Ah, 800 characters have been hit.
