First, thank you for allowing us to provide our services through uship. We picked up and delivered said vehicles as agreed, but the customer did not completely do and provide all the said items listed online via messaging and scope outline. 1. Tires with air - not so / help loading & unloading - no so..this cost us additional time and cost. We are expected to provide a top level of service, but if the customer doesn't provide agreed part,is disables our abilities as well. (We lost funds)

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have called and emailed the shipper numerous times and have never received any voice calls from shipper, I have received emails stating he will provide a shipping time/date for over a month and have not received any date or time for pick up. The shipper's phone does not accept calls and I have only been able to email/text him and never received a phone call. Today 11/30 was deadline on my initial pickup ad on ship, I have not heard anything from Shipper. This has created a very difficult is

Shipper delivered trucks on time and without issues, they did give me negative feedback because of difficulty of picking up and delivering but I included pictures of the trucks and the condition they were in. I am happy with their responsiveness and ability to contact them and trucks were delivered as agreed upon.

Rodney did a great job and kept me up to date with everything. He is a very nice guy and is very knowledgeable on shipping vehicles. He kept my classic cars safe and protected on the trip and delivered them on time and with no problems. I would recommend him to anyone who needs anything shipped.

Excellent Shipper, He had some really bad weather to deal with delivering my 32 Ford and kept me up to date and got the job done even in extreme conditions. Very nice and professional, would recommend to anyone shipping anything!!!
