The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment It was my agreement with the service provider to deliver my bed from the point of pickup to my door on his OWN vehicle. After the booking, the service provider decided to sublet the shipping to another source (Possible UPS) There was no prior discussion about someone else shipping my bed. I did not want any one to ship the bed other than Pro Express Transport. I even agreed to help find Earl a hotel room in Las Vegas. Thanks Charles

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider The provider did not represent himself as a "broker". We were under the impression that this was a small company that would actually be doing the move for us. After speaking with the individual, It seems he does not fully understand our needs, therefore we wish to cancel this booking

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I am writing in an attempt to request a cancellation for the deposit amount of my transaction. I accepted the bid on November 23rd, 2010 and even paid a $77.20 deposit to the seller, “ProExpress Transport”. At this point, I emailed Earl Eddings at ProXpress Transport on November 30th and he confirmed that this item would delivery before Christmas, as it was a gift for the wife of the President of my company. In addition, I requested a pick-up date to coordinate with the Ebay seller of this item.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services We paid this shipper for the shipment but they never picked up the load and I had to get it shipped last minute through a different shipper. I need to get our money back in order to cover the cost we had to pay the shipping compnay that we had to arrange the shipment to be picked up by. This shipper should also be removed from uship. He does not communicate, doesn't know what he is doing, his company name is MoneyShotsProductions, and he has no idea what he is doing. He put me in terrible positi

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper and I spoke on Thursday, agreed on a Saturday morning pick-up and Sunday delivery and discussed a cash payment. I started calling at 8 am on Saturday to confirm time of arrival. Shipper never answered phone, returned multiple messages, or sent an e-mail saying why he did not show up. I also attempted to have u-ship contact him with no success. This was a time sensitive delivery and a no-show caused a big problem.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I accepted this bid one week ago. I've emailed twice and called twice. Provider still has not responded. My pick up is to occur in 2 - 4 days and I have no idea whether he still intends to accept this job. I am no longer comfortable with this provider due to poor communication.
