First time using UShip. Very pleasant experience. ProVision Logistics provided timely communication and answered any questions quickly. Truck arrived same day (!) I booked the shipment and the driver was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Sadly the carrier viewed the pickup address as a residential address and we bid on it as a business. Cameron was wonderful to work with and I am extremely upset we could not assist him with this shipment. GOOD LUCK Cameron on your new venture!!!

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I wanted to use uship to avoid using a company like FedEX. If your just going to have FedEX go pick up my item I really would like to cancel my shipment with Pro Vision. Sorry, I could just as easily send FedEX. I was looking for better service than they provide. I will be requesting a cancellation. Thank You, John Sparks

customer failed to read our profile, it clearly states that we are are forwarder/broker. We deal with over 200 carriers in the US and over 500 agents worldwide. What i don't enjoy, is seeing him post that I run a shady business or even alluding to us doing anything unethical at all. All I am guilty of is giving him a lower cost option. My employees work too hard to have someone like this question their ethics. Very happy he cancelled.
