The Shipper purchased some valves and the person who has them is impossible to get a hold of. I tried to find his place again today...with his directions...and was unable to locate. The person who has the valves, lives in the mountains, phones don't work and he doesn't know his own address...just the street name. I drove around in circles for an hour and half. This isn't the shippers fault though.
