I’m a hotshot carrier owner/ operator . I try to strive forward in customer satisfaction because reputation is key to building success as most individuals or companys would fold under the pressures of such complications of mechanical issues with equipment failures I’m not afraid of getting a little greasy due to fixing my equipment on the road with my own tools I keep in my delivery equipment With this being said I do believe strongly I will do whatever it takes to deliver and keep my word . Sometimes I see individuals/representatives of a company/company’s not doing what is necessary to assure they have everyone’s best interest at heart
