The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider did not show up at dealership as promised on March 25, 2013. Provider has not returned e-mails and voice mails regarding same.

I tried to pick the trailer up but it was not ready yet.
I cannot deadhead 1300 miles on a whim when it finally is done.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Motorcycle was to be delivered by 3/10/13, today is 3/7/13. After speaking with John (shipper) it doesn't appear possible for the bike to even be picked up by that date. It is not clear when he can get the bike to me. He said "probably within the next 10 days". That is too vague of an answer because I need to have more assurance to tell the person holding the bike for pickup. John says that he made 3 attempts to call the person for pickup but the person says no. He said he had one missed call, d

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment According to the John Deere dealer I purchased the sprayer from the sprayer is 140 inches with wheels on. If wheels removed as discussed with the provider it will well less than the 11 feet stated.

I measured the machine myself, from the top of the cab to the bottom of the hub is 11 foot 10 inches, even with my 22 inch tall trailer this will not work.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Excuse after excuse. Never showed up! He had a week to pick up item.He waited until last minute to get my item and then had a reason for not delivering on date cotracted for. He never communicated with me reasons for not showing until I called him. Was promised a delivery again after waiting 2 days never communicated with me what was going on until I again had to contact him. I had to initiate every contact. The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The reason for the shipper to cancel is not true. I spoke to him on the phone one time, he said he would call me with a date to pickup the cars for me. He never call me back. I called him several times and left messages, he wouldn't call me back. I sent him the phone numbers and all the information on me and the person that has the cars. The other day he sent me an email stating he could not get in touch with me. I thought at he was trying get out of picking up the cars. I need to get the cars!
