After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I have paid him the full amount (unfortunately) but I will not do that again! I need to resubmit for shipping and hope your system works better this time.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Mr. Tibbetts has proven himself to be a very dishonest person, contracting with many people including myself and not following through with providing any service whatsoever. I gave him the benefit of doubt and tried to trust him, but he kept on giving me misinformation and never picked up my vehicle. I had never shipped a vehicle before and he took advantage of my lack of experience. I paid him $644.00 up front which now he won't refund. I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period The worst I had to deal with ever.Talked to him 5 times and asked him if you cant provide service it is O.k but everytime he says I will be in the pick up area next couple of days and now he does not answer calls or email.If you are a businessman don't promise if you can't stand for it.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date and time Hello,
The shipper (Jim Tibbets)(PowerSeller), has not followed thru in pickup or delivery. All attempts to set up pickup have failed with excuses. Jim Tibbets does not contact me! I have to contact him and then he lies about the pickup/delevery date. This has become untolerable between the seller and me (the buyer of this item needing shipped). I would like to renew my ad and hire another shipper.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date and time This guy is so unreliable. Every time I am actually able to get in touch with him he tells me he'll pick up my equipment "in a few days" and after a week I don't hear from him. It's now been over a month since our agreed upon pick up date. After his so-called engine problems I was understanding about the situation. But even since then he has proven to not live up to what he says he'll do. I just hope that I can get a timely refund at this time. After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider After seeing the recent feedback from other members I am deciding not go with this shipper. I've noticed alot of cancelations and some negative feedback and I dont want to be scammed. I have had to make all communication call/emails. Its been 3weeks and driver hasnt called dealership about making an appointment to pickup the bike yet even though I was originally told he was 10-12 days from dropping it off. I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period After not being able to contact the service provider he finailly emailed and said he was not able to pick up the shipment and was sorry that he was pulling out of the agreement. Please refund my deposit. Response from PowerSeller: SORRY FOR ANY TROUBLE. THIS WAS COD...YOU GOT YOUR USHIP DEPOSIT REFUND CREDIT CARD.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment He kept telling me he was going to pick up vechicle and never did, I need my money back, this man just robs people. Response from PowerSeller: I'm sorry had a bad run of luck with truck trouble. This was cancelled in early September only posted now. I explained to you how to get your depsit back from uship as this was supposed to be paid Cash On Delivery.
