The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
Mr. Tibbetts has proven himself to be a very dishonest person, contracting with many people including myself and not following through with providing any service whatsoever. I gave him the benefit of doubt and tried to trust him, but he kept on giving me misinformation and never picked up my vehicle. I had never shipped a vehicle before and he took advantage of my lack of experience. I paid him $644.00 up front which now he won't refund. He even said he would refund it back in December but h

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
The worst I had to deal with ever.Talked to him 5 times and asked him if you cant provide service it is O.k but everytime he says I will be in the pick up area next couple of days and now he does not answer calls or email.If you are a businessman don't promise if you can't stand for it.

* Member failed to communicate (did not return calls, etc.)
* Member made significant misrepresentations and refused to work out an agreeable solution
* There were long delays that were entirely the fault of the member AND the member did not even try to fix the situation
This was far and away the worst business transaction I have had in the last 30 years. I am luckier than most as I got part of my shipment delivered to my State, not the true destination. Call the AG in Maine

Response from PowerSeller: OK I delivered 2-55 gallon drums of resin within a few miles of his location. I had another delivery in his area. He chose to pick up the drums at the location where i was making another delivery because he didn't have a fork truck available at work and he had dinner plans that he couldn't delay. not MY FAULT! he paid a deposit and nothing more. This guy is everything you have read about and more. Everything that rolls off of his tongue is lie...however we have some reprieve...the Maine State Attorney is going after him. I can't wait to meet him in person when i testify at his trial. Contact her as well but have your ducks in line, all emails and information etc to help put the final nail in the guys coffin.

The shipper (Jim Tibbets)(PowerSeller), has not followed thru in pickup or delivery. All attempts to set up pickup have failed with excuses. Jim Tibbets does not contact me! I have to contact him and then he lies about the pickup/delevery date. This has become untolerable between the seller and me (the buyer of this item needing shipped). I would like to renew my ad and hire another shipper.
