Dave Potter went out of business with no warning. I never heard from him again after paying my $450 deposit. Josh Dugay of JDugay Transporting called a few days after Potter was a no-show for my shipment and requested more money to complete the job. I demanded a refund four weeks ago and Mr. Dugay told me he was unsure when he would be able to pay me back and said he didn't care if I tried to sue him. Now the website has folded and cell phone # disconnected.

I went back and forth with david on this bid and after i sent them the $500. depoist not even a letter or phone call that they wer egoing out of business. after atempting to make contact with potter company A Josh Dugay called and told me he was goig to complet the order but I would need to give another $500 depoist. after talking i did agree on the shipment. that was 8/21/2006 and as of yet i still have no trailer hereand trying to get a refund has been a night mare

I would use Potter again. Dave was kind of enough to point out to me the undisclosed damage on the car I bought over the internet. He cut his fee in half as we decided to leave the car with the seller. He even took pics of the car's damage the seller "forgot" to disclose. Great Work Dave!

I wasn’t having a great experience with uship, then came Dave. Dave is a breathe of fresh air, a hard working family man. He did everything he said he would and more! We had some trailer repairs in route, which Dave took care of like a champ! I look forward to the Potters coming to my house for Sunday dinner.

Failed to get back to me. Received email on 6/17/06 stating medical problems caused delay. (Had window of pick up 6/17-6/19) Did offer to return deposit if I wanted. Received email on 6/19 stating they would do the shipment next week (which is now) but I haven't heard anything else. I have emailed 3 times and when I called the phone number it gives me an out of service notice. I have now sent email to have deposit returned. These people sounded very good at first. I will now have to rebid.

Response from PotterTransporting: A full refund is being issued. An accident on the road brought some medical issues with sugar levels to light. Sorry but medical problems much like road contions and weather are not under our control. Thanks.
