The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
The service provider said they could pick up my item right away. After waiting 19 days they still were unable to ship my item.

I was told the vehicle would be picked up on Monday, April 28th and a delivery still has not been scheduled through today, May 5th.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved.
our bid clearly stated payment due at pick up or after delivery shipper wanted us to wait two and a half weeks for payment. but the trucks were leaving the country . we felt this was to long to wait based on that.

Response from PlatinumTrans: The bid says nothing about payment terms and the transaction could not be completed as the service provider could not wait two weeks for payment. Unfortunately, the load was cancelled all together and my client used his own trucking. Maybe next time!
