my puppy arrived promptly and happy. she was well taken care of. I will use this service again if I need to ship her again. Driver kept me informed on my puppy daily throughout the trip. Shipping truck broke down and the deliverer made every effort to find another vehicle to get my puppy here on time.

Allen is a wonderful provider. He stayed in constant contact and even coordinated my dog's pick up with the breeder. He is extremely caring, professional, and conscientious. All animals are very well taken care of. My dog was delivered in perfect condition and all other animals that were "on board" looked very happy. I would not hesitate to use Allen again. Allen did a wonderful job delivering my two cats. He was very quick to respond to my questions before accepting the bid. He was very patient having to wait for someone to meet him to let him in my house who was a half hour late. He was right on time and my cats arrived safe and content. I would definately use his services again if needed.
